  2. After giving L, W, H you will get the required Sheet Size
  3. According to you Machine accuracy add some trimming in mm
  4. Give number of Ply (3,5,7,9)
  5. Also give Fluting factor (40%, 50%, 55%,………….)
  6. Give paper use for every ply or layer
  7. Provide paper rate in per Kg
  8. Then input Wastage percentage, Conversion Cost in Amt / Per Kg)
